I'm Glen Speckert.
I'm an MIT graduate, class of 1975, the early Computer Vision MIT-AI days. I designed supervisory control systems for LLNL to control Magnetic Fusion, Particle Beam Accelerators, and Lasers. At PIXAR, I lead the Pixar Image Computer software team that made a prototype Electronic Light Table hardware and software imaging. Through Litton/TASC, I was a System Engineer and Technology Architect for several large government satellite data imaging systems that focused on Standards, Image Archives, and Imagery Exploitation Capability. I was the Systems Architect for GeoScout's Concept Car, which brought Google Earth to NGA. I later worked for Google as their Federal Systems Architect.
I'm currently a consultant and entrepreneur.
